I like that this is taken with food, which is much more convenient than my prior supplement that had to be taken 1 hour before or 2 hours after food.East on my stomach n brought my numbers back up from boarderline anemicI love it keep my iron highThese seem effective based on my lab reports before and after taking them. I appreciate that they come in just 18mg. My iron was low enough to make me feel lousy but no so low that I would need (or want) to take some of the mega dose supplements out there.I only need one every other day and they have made a positive difference for me.Gentle daily iron supplement that doesn't cause any nausea or other unpleasant symptoms for me. Having tried multiple other iron supplements, this is the best option for me that helps stop anemia while avoiding the unpleasant side effects of iron. I've recommended it to friends who have also had success with this supplement.
