This is more like a thicker long sleeve hooded T-shirt than an American “sweatshirt” hoodie.The sizing is correct. I should have ordered my usual Medium (5’11”, 160 lbs). In the Large I ordered, the sleeves are still slim, but the waist has considerably too much room for me.Wind cuts through the garment almost as much as a T-shirt, but the sleeves are not baggy, so it’s ideal for layering under a jacket outdoors.The soft fabric feels fantastic against the skin.Indoors, it warms me up quickly, thanks especially to the thicker hood and snug wristbands.The inside of the hood has a nice grippy texture which doesn’t easily slip off my head.The zipper is a solid plastic of surprisingly high quality and not cold to the touch, unlike a metal zipper.I expected the inner pocket for cell phones to be an afterthought, but it’s great—not too big nor too tight with a “max” size iPhone. The inner pocket sits just inside the zipper, so the weight of the phone balances nicely at the waist. My phone often falls out of the pockets of my other zip-up hoodies.Korean-made hoodies tend to offer bigger hoods, and this one is almost 3 inches deeper than my American style hoodies. The hood falls an inch or so in front of my forehead, but American style hoods frustratingly sit an inch or more behind my forehead.In summary it’s quite comfortable, and much better quality than the typical China-made hoodie. I’m impressed with the brand and will probably buy another. This is now my go-to for lounging indoors with a short sleeve t-shirt underneath.
