This is by far the best iron supplement out there! My body doesn’t absorb iron easily and this one works without constipation. Buy with confidence!This is easy for me to take after dietician recommended it, due to my various digestive issues made pills & gummies undigestable for me. Saw my low iron count raise to an improved level after taking daily for a month too. Noticed my energy level much improved too.I was told to put my daughter on an iron supplement for anemia and a friend told me that Ferrous Sulphate is hard on the stomach but Ferrous Gluconate is much easier to avoid tummy troubles. My daughter has not had any stomach issues and within 4 days of being on this supplement, the color started coming back in her face and she felt more energetic and better overall. Not only does it contain elderberry juice (a natural anti-viral), sea buckthorn fruit juice, star anise pods fruit, acerola fruit extract, rice bran extract, beet root juice, and a proprietary extract blend (2.4 grams in 10 ml). Other ingredients include: water, organic honey, citric acid and sweet orange essential oil. Gaia Herbs has made another fine product - I am very pleased. Adults should take 2 of the 10 ml servings per day, a half hour before mals. My iron levels were low before...and I only take it once a day (it says to take it twice), but my levels are now high enough, that I no longer have to get iron infusions! I noticed a difference in my energy levels when I take it constantly. Plus it has elderberry, which helps against getting colds and flus. I love this product!!!
