My only reason for 4 stars is because the delivery was advised between 2 dates however they didn’t arrive until 2 days later. I’ve used FHI straighteners for some 20 years or so. Each product has always come with a plug converter attached. This delivery did not but that wasn’t a problem as my husband removed the converter from the old product and attached to new one.You can buy converters anywhere for little cost and once they are attached they look like normal uk plug, so don’t be put off by previous reviews regarding European plug it really isn’t a problem, especially when the product is very good for a fraction of the price that you would pay for ghd straighteners and equally as good.I most certainly would recommend fhi straighteners.
