Update: I was rationing this when it was out of stock for weeks in end and I suffered immensely. This stuff really works and really helps. I’m so glad it’s back in stock. Also I started using colloidal copper to assist in iron uptake.My levels were tanked, including ferritin. I’ve been on this for 2 weeks, 2 x day. I’m including other herbs and non heme iron from non red meat sources to bring my levels up. For some reason my body is reacting to red meat. So I’m having to be extra cautious and strategic. This herbal blend is very strong and my body responded to it very well within an hour of taking it. As others have shared energy levels thru the roof. I’m very grateful. I mix it with OJ and it tastes like fruit punch. I know in time my levels will normalize. I have major stomach issues and this doesn’t bother it at all, honestly it’s helping.
