These are beautiful installed in our new home. However, one of the left handed privacy knobs that I purchased from Amazon is loose and obviously sags. I went to start a return and the window closed in 30 days so I guess we’re stuck with it. I wish I could exchange it or have Ageless Iron exchange it. The others seem to be fine.
