This book is not like most other health books out there. While it is just as informative, it's not hard to understand the science and your eyes won't glace over due to boredom and a scrambled brain at the same time. You won't only learn about the immune system but also about other health related topics because everything is intertwined (and Dr D. loves to clarify weird health myths that are out there). Ousting Sniffles is definitely worth your time and it won't take you long as it is so comprehensive and a relatively easy read for a health book.
