Ageless iron door handles have options for 2 different tongue offsets (2 3/8 & 2 3/4) as well as advertising they fit up to a 2” thick door. THIS product is ONLY for a 2 3/8 offset that is on a 1 1/2 thick door, and my door was 2 3/4 and 2” thick. I had to order another tongue as well as purchase longer screws as well as a longer privacy latch pin to get it to work. Overall, it was just NOT worth the effort.
