Just as expected. I've bought DII towels before, and they were lightweight but surprisingly durable for the price.These aren't heavy, but the textured "waffle" texture is good for picking up trace moisture quickly. They also wash & dry quickly compared to traditional knit towels, and absorb more water than woven ("cloth") towels.My last set from DII is still usable despite regular washing for several years (yes years). That's using a front-loader (which is gentler than a top loader) and machine-drying.I was worried about reviews talking about the color running from some towels, but I did a soak & squeeze test on my "solid blue" without any visible dye in the water. It might just be red-based colors (not unusual). But seriously guys, "don't mix brights and whites" is a staple of doing laundry if you're past about 12 years-old. Especially true for new items.Wash brights with dark or like colors only.The price is definitely the compelling factor with post-supply-chain-snafu prices still elevated on basic imports. But this brand has held the line on price, and the quality is better than expected for that.
