The Blue Pad has light cutting power that is ideal for applying pre-wax cleaners as well as many finishing polishes. Designed as a less dense foam Polishing Pad for the application of waxes, micro-fine polishes and sealants. Dura-Gold Pro Series 5" Super Flexible Edge Polishing Buffing Hook and Loop Backing Pad. A high-performance well-balanced long-lasting rotary polisher backing plate pad with 25mm thick medium density, durable polyurethane foam construction, and a super-flexible low profile beveled edge. A superior-quality polisher backing plate pad that provides exceptional performance with hook & loop buffing and polishing pads. The pad has the universal standard rotary polisher's 5/8" - 11 spindle thread size. Maximum pad operation speed 6,000 rpm. The backup pad's hook & loop backing provides a secure no-slip grip attachment to polishing pads but still allows for quick and easy pad changes.
