Came in perfect condition and impeccably boxed.Fits in my small oven perfectly and ready to rock (washed with warm soapy water and heated with vege oil for a couple of minutes on medium heat)The amazon commercial logo is on the bottom, therefore, if one were to look and lift this, there would be absolutly NO difference in the Le C...... brand that sells this 10 inch beast for $175 retailGreat size. Red color was vibrant and modern. Cleans up easily.Not bad for the price. Not as heavy as the French versions but does the trick and keeps the food heated quickly and evenly.Was ok but hard to cleanThis is a rough cast pan with exterior coating. So it looks pretty on a shelf but does nothing for cooking cleaning. If your working in a pro environment I don't think having to worry about enameled coating getting chipped off or stress from heat is a major concern might as well just get a plain cast pan. ?This is a well made pan that is easy to clean. My wife was going through the light weight cheap fry pans so I got her this Cast Iron pan in Red and she loves it.I bought this item listed as "used like new". I was really surprised to open the box and find the pan greasy and dirty. I washed it and will be keeping it but Amazon needs better quality control in used items before listing as "like new".Nice heavy pan, good size, attractive finish. Despite seasoning like any other cast iron, food still wants to stick. Not suitable for anything that breaks up easily. Best for steaks, chops etcLa sartén viene presazonada. No hay que tratarla. Al estar esmaltada, no puede rallar la vitrocerámica. No es plana del todo. Epecialmente para carnes rojas, podría ser un inconveniente (no lo hemos probado). Para verduras, salsas de tomate y tempeh, no ha resultado ser problema.Nicht eingebranntAmazon Schriftzug..erhaben am der Unterseite...der Pfanne...leichtes wackeln...nicht schön...This is a really good frying pan.It comes packed in 2 cardboard boxes, one inside another, with polystyrene foam around the inner box.The frying pan is made as a single piece from cast iron and because of that - it is really heavy.Because of the weight ,it is not really easy to wash it and it is not dishwasher safe.The frying pan looks good in red color.It works well on induction hobs.It heats up pretty quick - about a minute and it is ready.When you start heating it up, try with lower temperature first and then increase it as the frying when the frying pan is heated to higher temperature it needs some time to cool itself down.The frying pan has 2 spouts ,which are really good when you want to pour the oil out of the pan.There are 2 things that are not perfect with this frying pan.The long handle, the one that you will probably hold when you cook gets harm during cooking and in many cases even hot.In most cases you can still hold the handle, but just at the outer end.I guess this is kind of okay as the frying pan is also oven proof up to 204 degree Celsius.The second thing is that some foods do stick to the pan during cooking, but lowering the temperature does help in many cases.The price of this frying pan is only £17.54 ,but you still get good qualityHopefully my review was Helpful for you.This is an extremely well-made and versatile cast-iron pan. Its very similar to a well know French brand and in fairness, really Is like for like in terms of look, weight and quality. I tried it out cooking a couple of steaks and have to say that it really was perfect. Before using for the first time I put it into the oven at 180 with little oil in for 30 mins to cure and make sure there was no contaminants on it, after taking it out and allowing to cool, I then rinsed and put on the heat. As with any cast iron pan, it works best at a medium heat and allow it to warm for 2-3 min before putting oil in and you will get the perfect cook. Very easy to clean and the two drains on either side are handy if you need to take excess liquids off during coking.This versatile pan can also be used in the oven up to 200 degrees as well so for finishing or keeping warm in situ, it's incredibly handy.This cast iron frying pan by AmazonCommercial is absolutely brilliant. It's an enamelled cast iron frying pan meaning you don't have to season it so are good to go and doesn't react to food so can be used to marinate as well. It measures 25.4 cm which is a good size and weighs 2.18 kilograms. The red colour is lovely and I'm so impressed with the quality of this. I have to be honest and say I didn't have the any expectations for this pan given the price (currently priced at £17.54) but am so impressed with it. It's very sturdy and well made and will last for years to come. As all cast iron pans, can be used in the oven as well and it comes with a helper handle to help with pouring or moving the pan.
